The Process
Step 1.
Email us your enquiry with a few details on what it is you are looking for.
A phone call will be scheduled to better understand your family's needs.
We will draft an advertisement for your approval and send to potential candidates.
Step 2.
We will send you CVs of candidates and arrange interviews.
All of the nannies will have an initial interview with one of us at Gaia.
Step 3.
You are welcome to conduct multiple nanny trials until you find the optimal match for your family.
When we have found the right nanny for your family, our team is available to assist you with contract arrangements and provide further support as needed.
