Ellis Carveth graduated from Norland College as their first ever valedictorian and has spent over a decade setting the standard in childcare. From working with government officials to working with and consulting families across the USA, India, and the UAE. Her background working with children in care further sharpened her ability to help families.

Ellis founded Gaia Nannies with a clear purpose to put quality back into nannying. Having seen the industry from the inside, she knew exactly what families needed and what great nannies deserved. Gaia was built to bridge that gap, matching candidates with households rather than simply filling a vacancy.

The result speaks for itself. Both families and nannies come back to Ellis time and again, trusting her judgment and standards.
