Ellis Carveth trained at Norland College, graduating as their first-ever valedictorian. Over the decade since, she has worked with and advised families across the UK, the United States, India, and the UAE, including government officials and private households.

That breadth of experience, combined with a background supporting children in care, gave her a precise understanding of what families need.

When she co-founded Gaia Nannies, the premise was simple: quality should not be difficult to find.

Ellis scouts candidates personally. She knows what exceptional looks like, and she does not put forward anyone she would not place with her own family. The result is a fantastic roster of nannies she can confidently present to families.
