    • A live-in nanny lives with your family and provides more flexibility, often helping with early mornings or evenings.

    • A rota nanny works in shifts (for example, two weeks on, two weeks off) as part of a team, which is especially helpful for busy or travelling families.

  • Nanny salaries in London vary depending on experience, qualifications, and the role. On average, families can expect to pay anywhere between £40k - £90k gross for a daily nanny, £40k - 60k per year for a live-in nanny, and 60k++ per year for rota positions. We’ll guide you through typical costs so you know exactly what to budget.

  • In the UK, nannies are almost always employed directly by the family. This means you’ll need to provide an employment contract, pay tax and National Insurance through PAYE, and provide holiday entitlement.   • Simply fill out our online registraiton form or apply to one of our available roles. We’ll invite you for an interview with our agency where we’ll learn more about your experience, skills, and the type of role you’re looking for. Once registered, you’ll be considered for both permanent and temporary nanny jobs across London, the UK, and internationally.

  • While formal qualifications like a Norland Diploma or CACHE Level 3 are highly valued, families also look for strong hands-on childcare experience. We welcome applications from experienced nannies, maternity nurses, and early years professionals.

  • Yes, we work with international candidates who hold the right to work in the UK, and with British nannies seeking positions overseas. Some families can also offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

  • Absolutely. We regularly place rota nannies and travel nannies with families in London, Europe, the Middle East, the US, and beyond. These roles often offer excellent pay and exciting opportunities to travel.

  • Not currently, but we can point you in the direction of some fantastic CPD courses.

Safeguarding and Trust FAQ’s

  • Yes. Every nanny must hold an enhanced DBS certificate (or international equivalent if working abroad). We verify this during registration.

  • Yes. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
